Project Introduction:
The client required to make 40mm hexagonal cylinder shape briquettes with 115mm length, the electricity 220V, 60HZ. E.P team designed the extruder and the precise mold for client. The extruders were designed with two moulding system and automatic cutting system, which ensured the high density, high output and good-looking appearance for the final product, so the beautiful briquettes would have good sales in market. To reduce the final coal briquettes moisture, we used the mesh belt dryer to dry the briquettes. The dryer was designed with 3 layers and 15m long. The quality coal briquette extruder plant was exported in USA. It includes process: coal briquette extruder, net belt dryer and belt conveyor. Project configuration:
