1. It is forbidden to start-up machine under load. In other words, we can not feed raw materials firtsly, and then start up machine. We must start up the machine firstly. After the machine can run stably, feeding the raw materials into the machine.
 
2. It is forbidden to shut off machine under load. We must ensure that there is no any raw material inside the machine, when shutting off the machine. The machine will be damaged when started up next time, if not clean up the raw materails.
