1. Be made from high-quality materials. The roller must be made from high-quality materials, such as Manganese alloy, Chromium-Molybdenum alloy, etc. Compared with 45# steel, the alloy steels possess better hardness, toughness and abrasive resistance. You need to choose the matched  materials based on specific requirements.
2. Be produced by CNC machine tool. The CNC machine tool is highly automated, so that the more accurate cavities can be produced. Accurate cavity means the final briquettes will be more accurate, with accurate shape and size.
3. Be heat treated. It also must be heat treated, to alter the physical and chemical properties of rollers.
