The reasons for the coal briquette machine can not formed very well are insufficient feed, small hydraulic pressure, roller skin quenching soft, and ball socket deformation etc. Insufficient feed will cause coal briquette machine does not have enough raw material to compress, so we need to add enough raw material. The small hydraulic pressure can not make the raw material fully under pressure, we can reduce the main shaft rotating speed and increasing the working pressure. Low roller skin quenching hardness will reduce the molding pressure, thus, we can do the quenching heat treatment for the roller skin surface or replace the new roller skin. The deformation of the ball socket will make the shape of the material uneven, timely repair or replacement can avoid this problem.
