The fine coal is a by-product of the mechanical coal processing used at the coal mine. Approximately 86% of the product from the processing plant is coal with a calorific value of 20-25 MJ/kg.
The preparation of the materials for briquetting is conditioned by the fineness of the structure, the addition of arganic binders, and thorough mixing. During mixing process, the water content is adjusted in order to obtain particle agglomeration in the matrix-forming compound. Mixing is carried out with our special mixer, where the binder, fine coal and water are added automatically. The content of binder is about 5% of the resulting mixtures, and the moisture is experimentally established at 20%-25%.
